Everybody Eats
Everybody Eats Vegan Bakery was founded in 2025 by Alecsi.
Alecsi is a first-generation Salvadoran vegan baker. He comes from a family of bakers, and some of his favorite childhood memories were made in the kitchen. As the years went by, he felt a deep desire to recreate the baked goods he grew up loving — and to show people that anything can be made vegan.
EEVB is built on creativity, culture, and comfort. We’re passionate about crafting plant-based baked goods inspired by the flavors we grew up loving, while also creating new favorites along the way.
